DOK by Albie’s LLC offers a one-year limited warranty to the original retail purchaser against defects in materials and workman- ship for products used under normal recreational conditions. At our sole discretion, DOK will either repair, replace, or provide replacement parts for any product or component found to have a manufacturing or material defect.
What This Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects: Issues related to material or workmanship within one year of purchase.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Normal wear and tear: Includes punctures, cuts, abrasions, fading, and general aging of materials.
- Cosmetic flaws: Minor imperfections or variations that do not affect functionality.
- Improper use: Damage caused by towing, overloading, or use beyond intended recreational purposes.
- Improper storage conditions: Damage caused by storing the product in extreme temperatures (below 32°F or abvoe 90°F) or in damp conditions, leading to mold, material degradation or other damage.
- Sun and heat exposure: Damage caused by overheating, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, or storage in overly hot environ- ments.
- Commercial use: Products used for rental, professional tours, or other non-recreational purposes.
- Second-hand or used items: Products purchased second-hand, as demos, or in “as-is” condition.
- Customer modifications: Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs.
- Damage during transit: Includes damage caused by improper handling, transport, or shipping.
- Impact damage: Includes damage from collisions with rocks, docks, or other objects.
- Environmental damage: Damage caused by extreme weather, wave impact, or interaction with lake/ocean floors.
How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact Us: Send an email to support@albiecompany.com with the following details:
- Photos of the issue & a detailed description of the problem
- Proof of purchase
- Claim Review: Our Warranty Team will review your claim and contact you within three (3) business days with a resolution.
- Return Shipping: If your claim is approved, you are responsible for shipping the product to DOK for inspection. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing. For claims outside of the Continental United States, additional shipping fees may apply.
Important Notes
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Products deemed damaged due to improper use, storage, or other excluded conditions will not be covered. DOK is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the original purchase price.
