What PSI do I inflate my DOK to?

It is recommended to fill to a maximum of 5 PSI.

Can I use the Dog-DOK in my pool?

Yes absolutely. Dog-DOK's are perfect in the pool as a safe exit ramp, pool float toy, or just a place for your furry friend to hang out and lounge.

How do I fold and store the DOK?

Detailed folding instructions can be found in the DOK Instruction Manual included with your purchase. If you have lost your instruction manual please reach out to us at support@albicompany.com and we can help you directly.

What is included with my DOK?

With the every DOK you'll receive a handy repair kit, convenient carry bag, two tie-down ropes, and a hand pump. These accessories ensure you have everything you need with your DOK wherever you go.

The repair kit includes a storage tube, valve wrench, and patches - all the tools you need (except the glue) to quickly and easily fix any potential issues. California regulations prevent us from including the glue but we are happy to send you glue separately if you contact us.

Is there a warranty on the Dog-DOK?

Yes. All DOK's come with a one-year limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workman-
ship for products used under normal recreational conditions.

What are the dimensions when inflated?

Dog-DOK Mini measures 37" x 28.5" x 4.25"

Can this fold up for storage on a boat?

The Dog-DOK & Dog-DOK mini easily fit in any boat storage. The Party-DOK & mega Party-DOK might not depending on how large your boat's storage is. Check the detailed specs on their product pages to verify.

Need to make a return or an exchange?

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at support@albiecompany.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you cover return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Warranty Information

Questions related to our manufacturer warranty

How long does the manufacturer warranty last?

Our standard warranty is good for 1 year from the date of purchase & applies only to the original purchaser. However, we do offer a 4 year extended manufacturer warranty that you can purchase but it's only available at the tie of purchase.

What is covered by the limited manufacturer warranty?

Manufacturing defects related to the material or workmanship within one year of purchase.

What isn't covered by the limited manufacturer warranty?

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic flaws, improper use, improper storage conditions, sun and heat exposure, commercial use, second-hand or used items, and customer modifications.
